These big shoes come with two Material Presets, once in black with silver buckle and in white with a gold buckle.
The Texture is 4k and PBR.
The Mesh is Weight Painted with the standard Daz presets.
Installation.
Just extract the .zip folder in to your desired DAZ Library, the Asset can be found in the Clothing section.
