TUTORIAL Tatoos (TATS) Made Simple - G8 Get Inked (G8F, G8M)
This tutorial set consists of two videos in WMV 1600x900 with colorful fully illustrated companion guide in PDF format. In just under 30-minutes, you will learn what is important to your tattoo design, along with how to apply your tattoo to your favorite Genesis 8 characters. It covers finding the default skin material texture images and how to place your tattoo on them. We briefly cover the importance of layering and transparency for tattoo creation in 2D paint apps. All techniques are demonstrated in Daz Studio and The GIMP, but can be applied to any 3D application and 2D paint program capable of creating and applying skin textures (ie Poser and Photoshop).
Please note that this training was developed with Daz Studio 4.10 and may differ from future releases/versions of Daz Studio.
