Unzip into your Daz Studio Content directory; make sure "use folder names" option is checked.

FOR FACE MORPH USAGE, YOU JUST NEED GENESIS 8 FEMALE - INCLUDED IN DAZ STUDIO.
FOR COMPLETE BODY SHAPE USAGE, YOU NEED GENESIS 8 FEMALE BODY MORPHS.
USAGE:
1. Add Genesis 8 to your scene
2. Go to folder with Masha content. All what you need to work with Masha in this folder:
Library->People->Genesis 8 Female->Characters->sagittarius a->Masha
Click any icons in this folder and subfolders to get a desired result.*
*Select your Genesis 8 character before applying any pose!
Below an explanation of every icons here:
"Body Off / Body On" icons - Disabling or Enabling Masha's custom body morph and body Shape settings.
"Face Off / Face On" icons - Disabling or Enabling Masha's Face morph.
"Full Off / Full On" icons - Disabling or Enabling Masha's custom body morph, body Shape settings and Masha's Face morph.
"Hip-Spandex Off / Hip-Spandex On" icons - Disabling or Enabling Hip-Spandex custom morphs.
"zBody morphs Off / zBody morphs On" icons - Disabling or Enabling All custom Body morphs (Breats Shape and H-Shape).
\Expressions\ subfolder. Here you will find 10 expressions. Just click any icon.
\Poses\ subfolder. Here you will find 10 poses with 10 mirrored versions. Just click any icon.
MORPHS USAGE. YOU CAN CHANGE AND COMBINE ANY MORPHS TO GET DESIRED RESULT:
To work with Masha's additional morphs, select your G8 and click "Parameters" pane.
All custom morphs stored in "sagittarius a" folder.
"BreastShape" - Make breast smaller. Use positive values for smaller breast or negative values for bigger.
"Cheeks Down Size" - Changing size of lower cheeks.
"FaceRound" - Changing face shape. Use positive values for round face, or negative for triangle face.
"H-Shape" - My own body morphs. Use only positive values.
"Hip-SpandexH8" and "Hip-SpandexH8h2" - My own usual morphs for G8 Hip and Thighs.
"Masha" - Main Masha face morph. Use only positive values.
"NoseSize, NoseSize2, NoseSize3, NoseSize4" - Some morphs for the Nose. Use only positive values for smaller nose or negative for bigger.
"PupilsSize" - Decreaseng Eyes Pupils. Use only positive values.
* Select Genesis 8 Lashes, and click "Parameters" pane. Masha's lashes morph stored in "sagittarius a" folder.
Adjust MashaLashes morph at your taste.
