Each building has 3000 - 22000 Polygons.
No third party plugins used. (These counts are based on the one I used. Final count may vary, based on how much the user used).
The Low Poly Ruined Buildings set 3D model are available in 5 Formats.

All of these formats can be imported to any of your favorite 3D software.
