Solidbody Guitar 3D Model
This model was created with realism in mind.
Being a music industry professional, I've often wished there were more higher quality musical equipment models available online.
So I decided to start making my own.
It was modeled from plans for an actual guitar, and my actual guitar from 1980 was used for reference and textures.
I really tried to capture every detail of the guitar.
It even has accurate string guages and fretboard radius.
Most of the textures are procedural, with a few image textures here and there where necesary.
Modeled in Blender.
32,927 polygons
33,698 vertices
It looks good at any distance.
It comes with Blender, Daz, OBJ and FBX files all ready to go.
Note: The Obj format does not save creased edges, which are necesarry if you want to apply subdivision to the model.
