Solidbody Guitar for DAZ
This model was created with realism in mind.
Being a music industry professional, I've often wished there were more higher quality musical equipment models available online. So I decided to start making my own.
This guitar was modeled from plans for an actual guitar, and my actual guitar from 1980 was used for reference and textures.
I really tried to capture every detail of the guitar.
It even has accurate string guages and fretboard radius.
Modeled In Blender
32,927 polygons
33,698 vertices
The textures are mostly procedural, with a few image textures here and there where necesary.
It looks good close up, or at a distance.
Promo images were rendered in Daz Studio.
If you're interested there's another version of this product available in my store that includes a blender file, OBJ and FBX files.
Note: The Obj format does not save creased edges, which are necesarry if you want to apply subdivision to the model.
Feel free to message me with questions.
Be ready to rock with the Solidbody Guitar!
