Measure units are millimeters, it is about 4.75 cm in height.
Mesh is manifold, no holes, no inverted faces, no bad contiguous edges.
Two versions of the model is available:
1) WWHead_solid (.blend, .stl, .obj, .fbx) 511080 triangular faces.
2) WWHead_Hollow (.blend, .stl, .obj, .fbx) 509062 triangular faces.
Wall thickness for the hollow version is about 2 mm.
