23 Pre-Rigged Sitting Animations for Blender3D
All are fully adjustable and easy to use, and fairly common place, so they should fit in to any number of situations.
All animations are in FBX pre-rigged format, and will fit any human shaped pre-rigged character. I highly recommend the Free Blender add on Rokoko. This add on will aligned your character with animation in a few seconds.
