Transform your home's curb appeal with this high-end custom landscape design and photorealistic 3D visualization, created for a newly built luxury residence. This project was carefully planned according to the client's requirements, balancing aesthetics, privacy, functionality, and long-term maintenance.
The design features a clean and elegant front landscape with a custom geometric walkway, lush evergreen planting, ornamental shrubs, decorative gravel beds, and premium hardscape elements. Every detail was planned to enhance the architecture while maintaining clear views and improving privacy.
Special attention was given to solving site-specific challenges, including concealing electrical utility boxes with layered landscaping, screening an oversized chimney using taller evergreen plantings and a decorative trellis, and preserving the beautiful waterfront view from the two-story octagonal dining room.
The landscape combines modern architecture with timeless natural beauty through carefully selected evergreen plants, Japanese Maples, Crape Myrtles, Arborvitae, ornamental grasses, and low-maintenance ground covers. Seasonal flowers are intentionally limited to the dedicated planter beside the front walkway, creating a clean and sophisticated appearance throughout the year.
Additional planning includes a functional sidewalk connection from the driveway to the front entrance and a French drain installed between the landscape bed and the house to improve drainage and protect the foundation.
This visualization is ideal for homeowners, architects, builders, and landscape designers seeking realistic presentation-quality renderings before construction begins.
