Fishing Harbor and Dock Props 3D Model
Build a working fishing harbor with 108 detailed props inspired by North Pacific and Alaska coastal towns. Includes Unreal Engine 5.8, FBX, GLB and Blender downloads.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Ropes and nets; king crab, Dungeness and prawn pots; buoys and fenders; harbor and safety signs; fish totes and a cleaning station; dock and mooring hardware; a 16 ft aluminum skiff and outboard; fishing and safety gear; smokehouse and processing props; and 20 small clutter objects.
108 unique props across 12 categories: 7 ropes, 4 nets, 14 signs, 4 pots, 4 buoys, 6 fish-handling props, 12 gear props, 5 dock props, 10 mooring props, 11 boat-related props, 11 processing props and 20 clutter props.
UNREAL ENGINE 5.8
98 opaque meshes use Nanite. The 10 masked net and pot-webbing meshes use four LODs. All meshes include collision and a second UV channel for lightmaps. Includes a labeled Overview map, 3 master materials, 153 material instances and 331 textures. Content-only project; no code or plugins required.
COLOR AND SIGN VARIANTS
55 shared color material instances let you recolor ropes, nets, buoys and more. Includes a generic SMALL BOAT HARBOR entrance sign plus a blank sign variant, and four spar-buoy paint schemes.
TECHNICAL DETAILS
Real-world scale with floor or wall pivots. Approximately 2.56 million triangles across the full collection; 430–97,968 triangles per mesh. PBR Base Color / ORM / Normal textures, mostly 512–2048 px, with 4096 px textures for three large props. Static assets: no rigs or animations.
REVISED UNREAL DELIVERY
The current Unreal download is FishingHarborProps_UE5.8_r2.zip. Its material setup and Overview map were verified in Unreal Engine 5.8.2, including Play-In-Editor.

- Unreal Engine 5.8 project with materials, collision and Overview map.
- FBX meshes, PBR textures and a material manifest.
- 108 individual GLB files with embedded textures.
- Blender scene with packed textures and props organized by category.
The Unreal project requires UE 5.8. FBX and GLB can be used in other compatible tools; material setup may be required. No Unity package is included.

Gallery images are Blender renders of the included assets. The timber pier, water and sky used as scene dressing are not included. Includes generic signage rather than game-specific place or character names.
