Interesting design. Looks ok. UV mapping is counter-intuitive as the wood grain is inconsistent. One must imagine that it is a laminate applied that way.
OBJ users note: the texture maps are not supplied ("out-of-the-box") in this download. So you'll have to apply your own wood shader. Or, you can extract them from the included Blender file, as I did. But once extracted, the darker wood texture maps will have to be rotated 90 degrees in your image editor.
Otherwise, try a non-mapped shader, like a solid metal or plastic - looks awesome!
Daz Studio users (and others): you may be tempted to apply sub-division to smooth out the curvature. But the geometry won't support it. The ends of the planks will collapse.
