Each gamer pose pair contains two poses with the poses having the label a and b for example poseone_a for male goes with poseone_b for female
The pose pairs can be used interchangeably

The poses were made for Genesis 8 Male and Female
If you want to use these poses with Genesis 3 female then I suggest using a pose converter.
