I'm a Digital to Physical Creator. I digitally render extremely detailed 3D models of U.S. Military Air-To-Air and Air To Ground Ordnance. Using the digital models as a reference, I fabricate a physical full scale replica model. I use AutoDesk Fusion 360 for digital rendering. Here is my M136 AT-4 Rocket Launcher. Rendered with AutoDesk Fusion 360.
This is rendered using a real AT-4 that I own. Specifically designed to 3D Print and create a physical Replica Model.
I made every effort to meticulously measure ALL possible points and add EVERY possible detail.
This model is extremely accurate and detailed. This is fully 3D Print Ready.
My goal with all my renders is not to create a realistic looking replica…
My goal is to create Replica Models that are indistinguishable from the real thing.
What Is Included:
- All Files For Fully 3D Printable AT-4
- 42 Printable parts (not including fasteners and other hardware)
- All Hardware and Fasteners Can Be Printed
- Hardware List With Part Numbers and Where To Purchase Them
- All Decals in PDF Format and Individual PNG Files
Included formats:
- F3D – Fusion 360, non parametric
- STL,1 file per object
- 3MF, 1 file per object
- STEP
- IGES
Design Specifications:
1. Dimensions and Scale:
- Length: 40 inches (1020 mm).The model is designed to match the real AT-4’s length of approximately
- Diameter: 3.3 inches (84 mm) main tube diameter of , true to the original.
- Proportions: All other dimensions, including the diameter of the sighting system and the trigger mechanism, are accurately scaled to maintain the launcher’s authentic appearance.
2. Materials and Printing:
- Recommended Filament: Whatever you like best
- Layer Height: A layer height of 0.2 mm or less is recommended for a balance between detail and print time.
- Infill: 20% infill density is sufficient for structural integrity without excessive material use.
- Supports: Minimal supports are required, strategically placed to ensure the detailed parts like the trigger and sighting systems are printed accurately.
3. Assembly:
- The model is designed in modular sections to facilitate easier printing and assembly.
- Main Tube Sections: The main body is split into segments that can be easily glued or snapped together.
- Trigger Mechanism: A separate component that fits into the designated slot on the main tube.
- Sighting System: Includes both front and rear sights, which can be attached after the main body is assembled.
- Detachable Shoulder Rest: For realistic handling and display, designed to attach securely to the main tube.
4. Detailed Features:
- Authentic Markings: The model includes raised text and markings that replicate those on the real AT-4
- Functional Sight Mechanism: The sighting system is designed to be adjustable, allowing for a realistic experience.

- Textured Grip: The model features a textured grip area for a realistic feel and appearance.
