Done using Zbrush, textured in Substance Painter

3ds max files (versions 2018 and 2016) - material ready
ZTL file - zbrush tool file with separate subtools, remeshed and with couple of subdivision levels

OBJ file
Blender file (imported mesh only)
Textures - high quality 4096x4096 resolution JPEG files
