My preference for elf ears has always been elf ears of the Anime variety, longer and more prominent than the standard that has arisen in media since 2001.
Over the years I've developed my own elf ear morph for these (I started back in Poser doing this) and now I have added Fairy Ears' the types of long elf ears I use.
There is no real standard in anime for elf ears other than that they are long. I only decided to name them ‘Fairy Ears’ because I was working on a character I decided was a fairy.
I offer them here for free as a single morph.
System Requirements:
PC/MAC, Daz Studio

Genesis 8 female or Genesis 8.1 female
To install:
Unzip into your Daz3D directory, either the program folder or your "My Library" folder.
To Use:

You will find an apply icon (and a remove icon) for bikdingle Elf Ears to your G8F/G8.1F
People >> characters >> bikdingle >> !bikdingle Fairy Ears
If you want to work the sliders and not apply her at 100% you will find the sliders in the Parameters Tab under
Morphs >> Bikdingle >>> Fairy Elf Ears G8F

Hair and Elf Ears
A copy of the following information accessible within Daz Studio is included in the product as a PDF.
One of the issues with most elf ears is their interaction with G8 hair.
AshenPortfolio provides a Tutorial on dealing with this issue

I use Zev0's Projection Morph Manager (available at Daz) to deal with this issue and remove the 'draping' of the hair over the ears.
