This is an old Soviet checkpoint that exists in factories and plants. Inside there is an office with a window through which the guard checks the documents, as well as an additional room for a warehouse / archive or a rest room.
Low poly 3D model of the Russian environment from Loginovsky Denis (denlog). Textures included are also created from mi own photos and free images from the Internet.
