Sat, May 17, 2025Problem is, they probably dumped alot of money into acquiring the Poser rights and license from smithmicro, and they are trying to recoup that investment. They do need to fire everyone of their current decision makers and infuse new blood in there and like Daz, just tired and old thought processes.

Tue, May 20, 2025Me, in my time, well I mean when I made freebies that I posted on Rendo they were much more permissive for freebies than for sales. When I made my first package to sell identical to what I did for freebies and it was rejected with only a link on the sales instructions which included morphs for figurines that I did not have. It is thanks to Renderosity that I became a seller here

Anyone appearing under 18 cannot show their shoulders, and skirts or shorts must reach the knees, she said. I thought not even 3DU characters would qualify, after all, I was using his clothing.
It is always amusing ,in 2025, to still see poserites asking that Daz go back in time, and start making poser formatted content again instead of demanding that Renderosity Update Poser into the 21 century and create some base poser models that people actually want to use

There's a small core of hysterically loyal Poser developers (Nerd3D rings a bell) who will die before changing Poser. They need to update the GUI, make it 100% compatible with Daz formatted products and.....FOR FRIG EFFING SAKES! FIX THE LEGENDARILY HORRIBLE STABILITY.
I bought, paid for, with my own money no less, two releases of Poser and neither of them would run for more than a half hour without crashing or locking up. I even installed them at work on both our high end graphics machines with the same results. Then there is the ridiculously archaic 'Kai's Power Goo' interface....oh ya, I mentioned that already didn't I.
When Rendo finally dies I'll be first in line to say I told ya so.
