For the second time, I've received an email in my inbox with the message "You Have Unread RenderHub Messages" / "You have unread messages in your RenderHub Message Center," even though I don't see any message when I check my RenderHub Conversations. What's going on?

Just guessing, but could it be a blocked user? Perhaps someone you blocked, or someone who blocked you by mistake after sending you a message. Maybe that scammer that is sending messages to people as well (there is a thread about it), and Renderhub cleaned up his account before you could read his scam?

Tue, Jul 29I haven't blocked anyone yet, as far as I know. I also read the "New scam message" thread posted by 3DLoki on the forum about the scam. The scammer was also deleted at the same time. That could explain why I received the email and couldn't read it. Oh well, I guess I'll leave it at that.
OR it was the scam message that went out hours back today, I suspect if admins deleted the account the scam messages might have also gotten "eaten up" so to speak?
I just checked and yuppers I'm guessing that's it, the message I had earlier is now gone, the good news is you missed nothing lol, just some dubmass trying to get our Renderhub login info by claiming to be RenderHub with one of the stupidest URL's I've seen in the past month or so lol.

Tue, Jul 29@3DLoki - Yes, you are correct. Most of these were caught by our system and were never delivered - but some did get through.
All messages sent by that account and related scam accounts have now been deleted, and the accounts have been banned.
@GMArtworks - What happened was you received a notification from our system of the new message, which was subsequently identified as a scam message and was removed from your message center. I apologize for the confusion.

Tue, Jul 29Yep, same thing happened to me. I received 2 of them that were blank. I would have reported the dumbass anyway.

This was an attempt at fraud. There was a message at night that was later deleted. And after 12 hours again, the message had something like this text: "For further identity verification, follow the link, your account is currently limited", then this message was also deleted. The account description says that it is the administration. Don't fall for this scam.
