I don't know, or see, where else to ask about this problem.
I recently bought the above item, and when downloaded, I found there was no Data Folder, or Runtime, within the Rar Folder?
If anyone can offer a solution to make this item usable, I would be obliged!

I agree with Hyxod: it would have been better to contact guy91600 directly. It's very easy to do there is always a Contact or Contact Vendor link on both his images and the product. Does the .zip file contain anything else, or is it completely empty? Perhaps there is a subfolder containing the runtime, data, etc.? Could you briefly describe what you see after unzipping the file?
