Forum Dedicated Support Section

Just as there is a vendor's corner, I was thinking that it might make sense to have a dedicated support forum where vendors could create a thread for their entire store or for individual products, and receive feedback or requests.
I am sorry if I am being selfish. I know it would be difficult for vendors with many products to chat all the time. However, perhaps such a place would not become too crowded, and a few loyal customers could contact their vendors to resolve an issue they encounter, as long as it is reasonable.

If more vendors start using the forum like this, I'm sure the owner would consider adding a dedicated "Vendor Support" section. Any existing threads could easily be moved to the new section.
FYI - If you decide to do that, feel free to add your forum thread link to your product pages if you want. RenderHub does allow internal links in product descriptions.

Sun, Aug 03Thank you, Foxy. That is a great idea. Instead of pasting my updates on the product page, I could reference the thread. I had not thought of that. I will start doing so once I finish my next product. Thank you again!

Mon, Aug 04I think that for this section, when it exists, it would be interesting if the messages appeared in reverse chronological order so that the latest message would be at the top of the list of messages instead of being the last.
