Stealing another's asset and selling them here (CLOSED) (CLOSED)

I just read that a vendor here is selling an item stolen from another vendor.  The asset is provided free apparently.   

What are the controls that RenderHub provides to prevent this type of thing happening because as purchaser, I'd feel pretty cheated to pay for something that is actually free!
