Is is possible to improve the search options in the store?
Currently if I want a chair, for example, if I put chair in the search I get thousands of matches. Realistically I'm not going to spend hours looking through thousands of chairs. If I try to narrow it down by adding 'swivel' to the search I now get all those thousands of chairs, plus anything with swivel in the name, so it just makes things worse.
What I would like is the ability to exclude or include additional keywords eg 'Chair +swivel -wood'

I just tried your search terms "Chair +swivel -wood" and got 7,383 possibles. You make a valid point.
I did not know that swivel was such a popular term. There was a lot of chrome and metal included in there too.
A little refinement in search parameters would be welcomed, if it is possible to do.

At the moment boolean operators (+-) don't do anything.

Tue, Oct 28The only thing I would suggest is, please don't add Google search. It's a great search engine, but it gets so confusing when integrated into sites. I always get lost, or maybe it's just a me thing.
The search on RH is already so great. New features would not hurt, of course, but in my opinion, keeping it just as it works now feels right.
