There is NO way to post Poser item without it being tagged DAZ by the website automatically.
95% of my items are available for Poser and Daz, but there are a few that are poser only. The problem is there is NO way to remove the Daz tag. I'm being rated 1 star on an item because the website has tagged it as daz, even though I've done nothing to make it "daz" and even stated Poser 10 only, NOT for Daz3d.
Am I missing something here? How can I post a poser item and NOT have it say it's for daz automatically by the system? I've tried putting it in the description so people can read, but then they don't read.

"Since there is very little Poser content at the moment, the decision was made to not add a completely separate menu item for it.
If this turns out to be a popular thing here, changes can certainly be made to the menu.

Fri, Oct 31Well, I've done everything I can to show that, on certain items, they are poser only... but now I'm getting 1 star reviews because they didn't read on the second paragraph

Why explain it in the second paragraph. It shouldbe the first line, and your first Promo image should boldly state "POSER ONLY"
It is unfortunate that customers don't read, and blame you for their inattention. But they are not changing, so you the content provider will have to make a change that will help you.

Sat, Nov 01I do say it in the second line/paragraph, it explains that it's weight mapped for poser 10 only, not for daz... but maybe i'll have to make it the first thing they read, but if they read the description at all I would have thought they'd (anyone would) see it. thank you for the suggestion.
As far as I can remember, it is somehow possible to have these stupid ratings removed. I would therefore suggest contacting support about this issue. However, don't do this via the forum, but rather using the support button, which you can find under your account settings at the very bottom of the settings options.

As a suggestion, to avoid confusion, include the Poser logo or indicate that it is a Poser product in your promotional photos.

This has been fixed. The "Included Formats" section now properly displays Poser content.

Mon, Nov 03I'm not sure you understood the real issue. When you hover over ANY item in the store, submitted to the Poser/Daz, it will always have "Daz Studio" check mark. There is no way to disable this for a poser only submission. When submitting an item to the marketplace we go to "choose product type" and can only select "Daz/Poser content". From this moment on it will always have "Daz Studio" pop up when hovering over the item in the market.
This is, I suspect, what the customer was talking about, and no amount of "For Poser 10 Only, Weight Mapped, Not for Daz3d" in the image or description stopped them. I just wanted to bring it up since it was possible I might have missed how to disable that since I am new.

Additional changes were made today, so the issue you reported above is now fixed.
FYI - For Daz Studio or Poser to display properly, please make sure that your products have the appropriate compatible figure selected. Here are two examples for you:

Currently, those indicate only the Poser format. That's because you only selected "Original Poser Figure" as a compatible figure. To fix this, simply edit the product and add "Original Daz Figure".

Thu, Nov 06Ok, then here is another "bug" in the system. If you select "Original Poser Figure", the "Original Daz Figure option disappears, so what you suggested to do is not possible.

Thu, Nov 06I see, if original poser figure is selected first, then the daz option disappears, but if original daz figure is selected first then it is possible. The bug only happens one way. At least I know how the bug works and will start editing my items. thanks!

Thu, Nov 06I now see the "Daz Content" section, where Daz Original Figure and Not Figure Dependent (for daz i assume) just isn't even visible in the "Figure 2, 3, 4" sections... so, it's less of a bug and more of a coding not put into those 3 categories.
