Im not one for a witch hunt- but when my child models are used as lat chest“ and i point that out- I beg you support it’s serious. Yes, they are not real people. But I can’t help and see so many children models and feel sick.

Congratulations on that! Sometimes justice is served.
Meanwhile this other "author" literally takes other's characters and publish them as "his work" https://www.renderhub.com/ratintie .
It has been proved he stole FN Jennifer for Genesis 9 (Feng's) https://www.daz3d.com/fn-jennifer-hd-for-genesis-9 , and they only took down the character after a DMCA claim.
The removed character was RT Lihanna https://www.renderhub.com/ratintie/rt-lihanna-for-genesis-9-female , and now he reuploaded it as "RT Hanna" https://www.renderhub.com/ratintie/rt-hanna-for-genesis-9-female with 2 "slimmer cheek" morphs and done, rinse and repeat.

And among "his" other products he has Mousso's and HID's faces, Tabitha 9 merged with something...
How was this not permabanned? Who knows. Maybe we can all buy a house by following this path.

It's a wonder that this sort of thing doesn't happen more often. Good to put a stop to it, KuraiKya, if only a little. I went to the account above to further explore. Some faces look a little familiar, though judging from the promo images, RT's textures really don't compare to Feng's. Then again, Feng is a master of unique female characters, and his promo images live up to the products...

Mon, Jun 01That thief RT clearly has no skill when it comes to setting up lighting for his renders, which don't make Jennifer's textures pop. It's obvious that Lihanna and Hanna were made with the stolen Jennifer model mesh and textures. If you check the gallery, the stolen Jennifer is still there even though the shop page has been taken down. The pimples, the wrinkles, the morph.... everything was 1 to 1, uploaded as Feng made it.

Tue, Jun 02Right on all points. The image above looks like a default Iray screen with a default headlamp. The ones in your link further highlight Jennifer's textures, shapes, et al.
One can wonder regarding the extent thieves rationalize their actions. Maybe it was deemed enough to change a very slight detail. Maybe it wasn't considered an issue at all. Pick something interesting, re-market it without credit, take the money as long as you can get away with it, and then pull the product when the heat turns up and hope nobody has the time or effort to pursue the matter. The defense of the above case in the appropriate jurisdiction/venue/forum could be an interesting or frustrating read.
With all the blatant fraud going on, it's no wonder it has spread to rendering.
This annoys me, as I am a huge fan of Feng. My library has a rather healthy collection of his characters.

This really looks like one of Mousso characters but I can't figure out which one:

Maybe I'm wrong but I don't think so. I have a lot of Mousso characters and I can spot them on sight usually. Also, when PAs make their own skins and own shapes, you can tell, they all create a style that can be seen, a signature if you will, whether it is certain nose or eye shapes, or certain quality of promo renders. But this PA the figures and promo pics are all over the place. There is no consistency. This PA steals probably all of their characters, I would bet money on it.
Anyway, a lot of PAs here just download models from Daz, make slight changes to them, and then resell them as their own. I've caught so many I've given up reporting them.
And the rest of them just rip models directly from videogames and resell them, so pretty much this whole site is just a bunch of stinky jeets stealing other peoples work.
The scary thing is how fast the internet has gone to complete shit since jeets have infested everything. Like a swarm of shit covered locusts ruining everything they touch.
And then of course there is all the AI content, much of which isn't even labeled as such. Yeah fuck all this shit. I'm done with this site.

Tue, Jun 02I wouldn't give up on this place yet, mister. There's still good people in here, and good content too, though it's like Dodge City - everything goes.
Stealing someone's offerings in DAZ and tweaking to market a 'fresh' offering without crediting them is wrong, simply put. Spotting them can be easy. Particularly with distinctive and well-known character creators like Mousso.
On the surface, game and celebrity rips are much the same, but the devil is in the details. I use game rips myself and label it correctly as fan art, and mixing characters from different games for comedic or dramatically weird scenes can be a lot of fun. Things can get dicey, though, between the artist/purveyor and the original source when money is the motivation and content creators/recreators are careless regarding the misuse of images or intellectual property rights. Giving credit to the source seems to count for much; some take a further step and rename the character. We all know Geralt of Rivia no matter what the content calls him.
This can get more dicey with celebrities. Anyone can use Face Transfer to recreate a celebrity, rename him/her, tweak a little and offer with the default G8 or G9 body textures. Fine, if the 'character' is set up for a scene and not horribly compromised or labeled as a 'leaked'' real-life image, but selling a likeness without consent could draw the ire of the 'source' if they have the time or inclination to pursue the matter. I'm not a copyright or tort attorney, but clarifying the extent the offered product is not a genuine image of the celebrity seems like
a good idea.
