I am new to this. I bought pose packs that rely on Dicktator and NGV8, and while I can find many, many, mods and add-ons for these products, the products themselves seem to be completely missing or lead to 404 pages ... Can anyone let me know what's going on? Ty!

Dicktator and Golden Palace are both by Meipe and I don't think he is on this site. You might need to wander over to 'rotica to pick those up. And they are having issues at the moment...

Thanks for the answers, What's odd is that I've narrowed down who the actual artists are and, especially for New Gen(itals) for Victoria 8 which my pose packs need, I genuinely can't find the artist's pages on Renderotica, CGBytes, Renderhub or any number of sites ... just super sketchy ones. Do you have any idea how I could get it? The Dicktator seems to be on Renderotica but, as you say, their shop is down. Any help would be appreciated!

Sat, Jul 04New Gens is by 3feetwork_Legacy. I don't want to link directly to it since it is on a competitive site, but it is on Renderosity. Exact product name is "New Gens For Victoria 8" you can do a search there for it.
I generally use Golden Palace, I have both that and New Gens, I like GP better.
As far as the pose packs, you can pose the questionable bits yourself, and it's pretty easy to do, the parameters tab has a number of presets you can, um, "guide" things with. Getting the rest of the bodies to pose while interacting is the tough part.
Stay off the sketchy sites, they are selling stolen items. If you are going to spend money make sure the person that created the art gets some of it
You also ought to take a look at "DB xxx - XY Extended", it's on this site, on sale for another day, and is pretty good, in some ways I like it better than Dicktator which can be cartoonishly large if you don't scale it down.
Unfortunately I don't see any of the main female gens here.
