I think we can all see the state of the USA and a large part of the world at large. Right now it's... we need to get rid of ADULT content. Tomorrow it's, oh! also, depictions of nude people can no longer be accepted around here. Then eventually its... Big brother doesn't want people to have creative outlets and freedom of expression so we are shutting down. So I ask abandon ship or go down with it?

The payment processors are essentially a monopoly and they will never be broken up. I doubt anyone would even try to compete against them. We're pretty much fucked.

Thu, Jul 09This is bigger than the just the payment processors. The ones in control want to control every aspect of your life, what you can say, do, see, have, eat and so on. Think about all the data centers being built to store information, the flock cameras everywhere to collect that data. They want you to basically be a robot they control. Think about the Digital I.D. they're pushing for, having to have it to login to the internet, banking and many other things.

Fri, Jul 10Actually you and a lot of people can change it. You just have to be willing to stand your ground. For example these people complain about this stuff. But they gladly accept payment to places like HBO, MAX, PARA others. These stations show things alot worse than what creators of ART do. Movies for example have rape, murder, Child exploitation, sex scenes and so on in them. Yet they'll gladly take your money for that.
The way to fight them is not like you said being blackpilled, stop spending your money there. Eventually they'll reverse their ways or be gone. Hitting them in their wallet can do alot. I do it to grocery stores, restaurants, fast food chains and Department stores. I don't use them if I don't have to, because of their outrageous prices. Couple examples are with the grocery store when they want $8.00 and up for a pound of hamburger, I found a farmer and now by quarter cow from him once a year and have enough to last for that time. I have steaks, hamburger roasts and so on. I figured out the price at what they want for 250 lbs of beef and compared it to what the farmer charges and saved roughly $3000.00 a year, plus there's no additives in it. You can always bring them down, it's just to many people are to willing and accept that they can't do anything about it.

It’s not about adult content. The payment processors are very happy to take your money to view content on HBO Max, Amazon Prime, Hulu and Netflix where graphic sex, incest and sexual assault are depicted freely.
This is about taking away the ability of independent artists to monetize their adult content, restricting payments to large players only.
That being said, RenderHub easily could have handled this far more professionally.

The adult content will never go away. Just access to it. In the future you will get a security card to access adult content, When you use your security card, the cooperation will know who you are, what you do, where you live, how many kids you have, what you do with your wife every day. And you will probably be able to view much more extreme porn that is regulated or maybe even illegal because it will be provided through control. Its all about control. Right now they have 0 control over the adult industry, and I believe that is what is taking shape right now. once they have control, then you can view and sell adult content through the control gate.

Tbh my biggest worry right now is that even though we have Rotica right now, having only one site with adult content in a bit worrying. It doesn't even have to be any pressure, sometimes the owners just shut down their service because they don't want it anymore. I would like to see something new come up in place of RH so at least we have some backup and not rely on only one marketplace...

Fri, Jul 10I know first hand how they are, before I left. They are some of the biggest hypocrites out there. Monday to Saturday you see alot of them out doing things they preach and pretend to stand against. Come their day of worship they pretend they do nothing wrong.

Fri, Jul 10Canada is much the same. We get a bit sneaking across the border but manage to stamp it out when it raises it's ugly head. During our Canada Day celebrations in ************* there was some Christian group playing hymns so loud that it drowned out the speeches. That only lasted a few minutes before a large group of normal hoosers surrounded the nutcases and told them (in that nice Canadian polite way) to turn it the heck off unless they and all their equipment wanted to wind up in the river. There was no further discussion as the music was turned off. The gathered crowd was heard to give quiet cheers of thanks.

That's an odd question to ask. Do you not see that RenderHub has hundreds of thousands of 3D assets that are NOT adult content?
I don't see a sinking ship at all. I think this is a good move, and makes RenderHub look much more professional. I know that I will be recommending this site more often to my friends and work associates now.
