"outside" things: streets with houses, trees etc
119An old brick wall with a stretch of road behind and a patch of grass in front, fences of various length and height, low poly buildings group in the distance, in other words: things that you see when you look outside a window. It's annoying to find ways to populate the void outside, and hdris only work in one specific spot, often don't match your set's colours, only work at one specific angle and so on.
Movie backgrounds if you will.

If I understand correctly, you want these objects for Daz Studio, but could you clarify whether you want it all
in a single .duf file
or
as separate elements-a road, a wall, grass-to be assembled in Daz?

Are you story focused as in needing consistency, or just needing filler for individual scenes, like looking out a window and such? Alot of options out there not to mention pulling individual props out of environment you might already have. Don't forget about what your pc and graphics card can handle also. I kitbashed a small functioning open world for a story I have in mind and while the build worked, it crashed Daz every time I loaded a character into it.

@guy: I'd like that as a collection of individual items, yes, Daz/.duf, I forgot RH isn't Daz only.
@dirtrider: yup, Daz' key weakness, large scenes. Hence the idea to only have building faces or low poly for distance prop-up.

You can already find some of the items you're looking for on RenderHub:
fences: https://www.renderhub.com/3d-figures-and-assets?t=5&s=fence%20gate
I created a road and an intersection: https://www.renderhub.com/dorothee237/road-bundle
For grass, there is Elephant Park: https://www.renderhub.com/guy91600/elephant-park

Not really knowing what actual type of setting your wanting to set up, for the neighborhood feel, Stonemason, Collective3D, Petipet all over at Daz. Shredder has a Suburban neighbourhood here at Renderhub and Firstbastion and Dreamland Models have some neighbourhoods over at Renderosity. For the city vibe, Stonemason and Aurelio over at Daz. Appeal 2 Audacity has a couple sets, both neighbourhood and city that could work from here at Renderhub. Pretty much all of these vendors sets can be fully loaded and then delete what you don't need or have a props folder which usually include the buildings and such.
I'll also add, its amazing what you can do with primitives and some rock, brick, plaster, concrete and metal PBR shaders.

For simple "out the window" views, have you tried just using an image on a plane? You can set it to be emissive and adjust the intensity as needed.
For my Pool With a View product, that's pretty much what I did. The backgrounds are just images on a giant curved surface.
