A seller who doesn't reply to a pre-sale message gives you a good idea of the quality of their after-sales service.
You could send a message to gep5, who gave this product 5 stars; with a bit of luck, they'll reply.

Mon, Sep 28I’ve been getting a huge number of DMs lately, so I’m not always able to reply to every message immediately.
I also prioritize support requests from people who already purchased the software and are having an actual problem. Most of the time I spend answering messages goes to troubleshooting those issues.
So judging the quality of my after-sales support based on one unanswered pre-sale message doesn’t really make much sense. A pre-sale question and a support request from an existing customer obviously don’t have the same priority.
Not replying to one person right away doesn’t mean I ignore customers. I answer as many messages as I can, and people who actually need support come first.

I can honestly say Laurendev is one of the most proactive vendors I have ever dealt with, if you have the opportunity to join her Discord channel you will see that she investigates and resolves any issue with her existing products very quickly, and also adds new features.

He or she doesn't seem to realize that a person's history is accessible to anyone. Membership is free there and anyone can look at another member's history…

As you can see, they've got 44 pages of uploading (illegally sharing) and downloading (illegally pirating).
This hypocrite and thief needs to be called out publicly and kicked off of the site.
I've sent this to the mods here and they've done nothing. It seems that vendors who sell can do what they want.
Everyone should know this and keep it in mind when deciding whether or not to support this place.

I've bought almost nothing since they screwed the creators of adult material, and now I won't buy a thing, no matter how badly I want it.

Do you seriously just believe anyone who claims to be someone else? I read those forum posts, and everything they mentioned was information I had already shared publicly in my Discord server. The person claiming to be me has done nothing but repeat things that were already known.
