Customers: Please Don't Hesitate to Contact Vendors Directly on RenderHub (CLOSED)

Lately, we've noticed an increase in customers using the product review system to report technical issues or request assistance.

While vendors certainly appreciate customer feedback, the review system isn't the best place to report problems or request technical support. Contacting the vendor directly is often the quickest way to get the help you need.

Contacting a vendor is easy

Our goal is to make sure you get the assistance you need as quickly and easily as possible.

In your Downloads section, directly below the review area, you'll see this:

"Need help? Contact the vendor (Vendor Name) directly"

Simply click the vendor's name to start a private conversation with them.



You can also find vendor contact links on every store page and all product pages.

Please don't hesitate to reach out

We've found that most vendors on RenderHub are friendly, helpful, and happy to assist with questions or problems involving their products.
