Please forgive me if I'm not seeing it, but the contest rules state:
"Create a scene that features "RenderHub" as an amazing graffiti piece. It can be on a building, train, sidewalk, vehicle or whatever you can imagine."
And to embed an image in your post, just click the little "picture icon" at the top of the editor when you're creating your post.
That will allow you to choose an image from your computer to upload.
