From how I see it, looking at the ingredients and photos the https://www.renderhub.com/guhzcoituz/ellie-williams-for-genesis-8-female would be my choice.
I really like the eyes in this one more. And the skin looks really detailed. But I go by the photos I see here. Both have good reviews.
And if you prefer the other one more I would wait till 3DUK fixed his to early April joke lol
I am sure there is no gold donkey inside that would make it worth 100 USD. Its just a vendor joking with the crowd maybe? Who knows lol.

"Which among these two items are the original creators."
Technically, since they are both based upon a video game character, neither of them is the "original creator".
But if you're wondering "who uploaded it first" - on all product pages, you'll see the published date.
guhzcoituz released theirs on Sep 08, 2021 - and 3DUK on Apr 18, 2022.
"Is there any difference between the two, that I am missing."
I do see some minor differences in what is included, in the promo images and product descriptions.
"Sells for 20 USD - Sells for 100 USD - Such pricing disparity!!"
Vendors set their own prices here at RenderHub, and have the ability to change them at any time.
I've seen 3DUK do things like that quite frequently.
I'm not sure, but maybe they do it to spark conversations like this, and get people talking about them.
