Was there a Phoenix character for sale recently? I could have sworn that I put it in my cart to buy over the week-end but I no longer see it in my cart, in my downloads, in my wish list or anywhere?
Was it here and got pulled or did I dream the whole thing?

For the past few months, when a seller puts a product online, it is directly added to the store. A product can be deactivated by the seller (when there is a defect reported by a customer for example). A product can also be deactivated by an administrator when a promotional image does not meet the standards, or the quality of the product is insufficient (these are two examples from personal experience

Vendors can disable their products if they want to remove them from the marketplace for any reason (like to do an update).
Products can also be removed from the marketplace by an admin for various reasons, and be sent back to the vendor for an update.
I didn't find any disabled products when doing a search for "phoenix", but I did find this currently in the marketplace:
