119What do you do when a vendor ignores you and doesn't want to fix their product? Vendor instead asks you if you have "duf editor". So I am guessing because the product was reduced maybe thinks not their time to fix. I tend to think if they don't stand by their product I would not risk buying from that person again. I will give him more time before going further .

If a vendor is unwilling to fix their product, you should definitely contact Support and ask for a refund.
Also, once a reviewer has confirmed that a product is broken, it will be removed from the marketplace and be sent back to the vendor.
You could also consider writing a review first. That usually gets vendors' attention quickly.
If the vendor fixes the problem after a negative review is left, you or the vendor can request that review be removed.
Under no circumstances should a customer have to deal with a broken product or be asked to "use workarounds" to use a product that they paid for.
And once a broken product has been brought to the attention of RenderHub, it will be removed from the marketplace until the vendor fixes it - so no other customers have to deal with it.
