Are there any 3D programs that can create lighting spaces (CLOSED) (CLOSED)

Are there any 3D programs that can recreate from a single photo its lighting set up with models etc
So it generates its idea of what lights would need to be and positioned where - in a 3D space creating the same scene as shown in the photo.
Does this program exist?

Blender. You can import images as planes and then plug the image texture into the emission tab in the shader node. There is also a plugin for sale on Blender Market that can take images and create HDRI from them so you can light your scene using HDRI lighting via the world lighting shader node.
