It's not a glitch, and it wasn't any action by RenderHub. It looks like that user has disabled their products.
You could try contacting them from their profile page and ask them what's up.

What's lost with the pages disabled is any info on what hair and skins were used. If someone knows what hair/skin that was on "River" I'd appreciate a hint.

Wed, Jan 24, 2024It happens from time to time. I've watched several artists arrive, make stuff for sale and then they just stop making new stuff and sometimes they take down their whole store and vanish. OtterbotCG went so far as to vanish their entire identity across the internet.

It`s a shame CGSerpent disappeared in OtterbotCG fashion.
Their characters play a huge part of the scenes that I create on a daily basis.
Although I feel lucky to have purchased almost every character from CGSerpent and a good handful from OtterbotCG, It would be nice to have some new characters or even knowing that new ones were in the works and on their way would be cool.
I hope they come back soon...even if under another pseudonym, their work is very much distinguishable, wanted and appreciated.
