I have to ask you guys about famous actors/wrestlers like Randy Orton, Austin Theory, and Angel Garza because I don't want to get into trouble and get sued. I always created 3D Gay Erotic images in comics on my website for sale.
However, I stopped it several years ago. Now I come back and create more new 3D images. It's sexual orientation for the Gay Community or the Gay World. ... I'm concerned because I have some famous actors and wrestlers.
Is that okay, if I create 3D images with famous actors/wrestlers to sell in the future? I bought them from the artists here on RenderHub. I was shocked because I thought Hollywood did not allow it. Hollywood allow? The artists created them! I just tested to put sex genitals, and it works! I dropped my jaws because I thought it was not allowed. They look exactly like real actors/wrestlers. I thought I loved creating a man with a "REAL" Austin Theory. I always wanted to make them in sex fantasy with men.

In France, image rights are important, so I would advise not to make images of this type with existing or former personalities.
Same as not using comic book heroes for example: Tinker Bell, Peter Pan, The Little Mermaid, Tintin

Check the license description of the model you bought as well if you purchased it from here.

Fri, Oct 13, 2023Thanks for the comment. I'm relieved now. So, I can use these models for Sex fantasies in comics... but I morphed them into huge muscular, and giants for little men. I made them 10 feet tall and mighty muscular men showing off around little drooling and weak men. Is that okay? I'm just exaggerating these muscular men like Randy Orton and Austin Theory into mighty and huge giants so much in sex fantasies in comics. Is that ok? Thanks.

Fri, Oct 13, 2023Thanks. It's still hard for me to understand these hard words. Alright, I am nervous because I'm afraid I get into trouble. I thought I had an idea. I am not selling 3D images on my website. I thought about putting "Donation" on my website to support my 3D Gay Erotic instead of "selling" 3D images. I can allow gay men to look at my 3D images and ask for a donation to support them. How sound?

I would just say no, don't do it if you think you'll get in trouble. I'm pretty sure in those terms and conditions with the big words it says "Can not earn a profit"
Donations = Profit
Choose another model that you have the rights to use if your not sure. Safest way.
