I would buy such a set for $1000, I think others would also want it, because such a beautiful set for Daz Studio is not available anywhere at all. (I really hope someone can do this)

The successful Daz PA's perform market research and have possibly determined that such stylized toon type characters have a very limited demand thus low potential sales

Since you liked the " Cartoon Factory" models so much, why don't you buy them and ask for permission to authorize passing the models on to a member who will port them to dazstudio genesis?
Get in touch with " Cartoon Factory" and explain your intention to use their models in Daz Studio. If they authorize it, you can purchase the models.
After the purchase, ask for permission to transfer the bought models to a user who specializes in character porting using Wrap3D for Genesis figures in Daz Studio.
Note: If you decide to follow this recommendation, I suggest looking for porters on "Deviantart". Some porter operate in this field and receive support from Patreon.
I recommend contacting 'Shinteo' on DeviantArt, known for converting models for Daz Studio in an ethical manner. He doesn't sell the converted models, only converts them. If available for commissions, he is trustworthy regarding avoiding illegal distribution. If not available, there are other porter on DeviantArt with similar approaches. Avoid porter who sell conversions.
I believe porter have their place in the community, but it's unfortunate that the majority have chosen the easier and unethical path. However, when done correctly, they can contribute in specific cases, as mentioned above. Good luck with this.
