Hi! This is my first time in an online contest ever, so I hope I don't screw up anything!

Burglars Busted Big-time
Story:
(I know stories or descriptions are not a requirement but this is what I usually do when I post any image, and I love writing anyway. Feel free to ignore it and skip to the image. Otherwise, hope you enjoy!)
Sid and Vinny had eyed the house for a week and they couldn't see anyone leaving or entering. Assuming the owners were away on vacation, they picked that same night for their break in, confident that they would leave it with a couple bags full of loot.
Hours later, under the cloak of darkness, the two men breached the property from the backyard. Vinny, wearing all black, approached the basement window.
"Let's get in from here, we can sweep the rooms from the bottom up."
Sid followed, but immediately froze as he craned his neck.
"W-Was that a light?" he stuttered.
For a moment, his brother in crime looked up, slightly alarmed, but saw nothing suspicious.
"Pssh.. it's just the nerves" he blurted out while jumping down the opening and entering the basement. "Hurry up and come in, I don't wanna be here any longer than I have to."
Moments later, Sid was standing beside him. As they silently moved towards the stairs leading up, Sid couldn't help but feel observed.
"Vin.. uhm.. I got a bad feeling about this.." he said with trembling voice. Vinny ignored him.
"Shush. Here's what we'll do. We start from the dining ro-- WHAT THA--!?!?"
It all happened too fast.
The sound of a clacking shoe on the wooden stairs...
A bright light pointed to their face...
A surprised gasp...
An even brighter flash of blinding green...
And then just a sensation of weightlessness, followed by a tightening sense of dread.
"Ah! I told you I saw a something moving in the backyard!" a cheerful female voice spoke, coupled by what sounded like distant thunders.
"Yeah, yeah.. here, point that thing away from me and grab a flashlight. We need to find those cockroaches before they make a run for it." another, more mature woman remarked.
Sid and Vinny couldn't believe what had happened.
Their eyes where almost at the same level as the floor, even as they were standing up.
The increasingly strong tremors travelling up their tiny legs felt like a series of minor quakes.
When they finally saw the gigantic women approaching them like they were helpless insects, fear enveloped them in ways they never thought possible.
"There!" Lisa pointed with her flashlight as she knelt down. "Stop them!"
Sarah didn't waste any time. A pair of colossal high heels landed on each side of Sid, whose mind couldn't quantify the danger he was suddenly in.
His own tiny legs gave in from the terror as he was almost stepped on like a cockroach. He fell backwards, begging in a weak, high pitched voice for the faceless giantess not kill him .
Vinny stood before Lisa's flashlight like a deer in front of a car's headlights, too frightened and incredulous to move a muscle.
Lisa felt a surge of power as she gazed upon the tiny men.
"Well, well, well.." she grinned "looks like you picked the wrong house, bugs..."

Hi there,
sorry for asking but this being my first competition I'm not sure I'm using this Forum correctly..
I read that the winners were going to be announced on the 14th of June, but I still see people posting their work so I'm confused.
Has the competition been extended to an extra couple of weeks? I thought the last day to present our entry was the 31st of May, but if I have some more time I'd like to work more on my piece
Please let me know! I am curious to see who the winners are so I can do better next time!
