First the base is build by the "DA Big Ocean" by Design Anvil at DAZ3D. This is the base texture of the water and the Wave texture. Without that, it wouldn't look as good.
Then the Waves around the Boat is from "Ripples and wakes IRAY" by Sickleyield as well available at DAZ3D. The Splashes in the Front of the Boat are from diverse products like Rigged Waters by Sickleyield again over at DAZ or diverse "splash products" by Flink over at Renderosity.
