A bonus to my series of goblins with some portraits of warleaders. The bust is a static props converted from pictures by PIKTURA (using Meshy).

The main difficulty comes from the fact there is only one texture map (the diffuse one), no normal map, no bump map, no roughness map... So I had to rework a shader with this only map and playing with translucency to achieve a good result. Don't zoom too much on the picture or you will notice all the defaults of the IA generated diffuse map.
