Upstart The Rise
3D Render by Dark ChromeI wanted this piece to feel like the natural continuation of the first portrait. The same street soldier, but no longer defined by where she started. She's climbed the ranks, found her confidence, and carries herself with the quiet assurance of someone who's earned her place. There's no need for action or confrontation, her presence alone tells you she's no longer just another face in the crowd.
From an artistic standpoint, I wanted to move away from the monochrome noir aesthetic and explore a more vibrant, cinematic direction. The neon lighting, and bold color palette allowed me to create a world that feels alive while keeping the character at the center of it. The supercar wasn't included as a symbol of wealth, but as another visual cue that reinforces the progression of the character and the evolution of the story.
Like the first piece, my goal was to create something that feels like a single frame from a larger film, an image that invites the viewer to imagine everything that came before it and everything that's about to happen next. Sometimes one moment says more than an entire scene.
