Primarily they were left over from previous AIRE Renders. I have found them generally successful at not changing the character significantly. I got Frozen Seed from you. I'm not really sure how much it adds, but I've been iterating less since using it.
You know as well as I that one could lost experimenting with AIRE permutations.

As long as I keep the default main setting and watch my framing I can keep things pretty much in control, even when setting the prompts setting to strong.

The freeze the seed reference is a setting in the Aire menu. Once you get the look you want, open your main Aire menu and look for the randomize seed setting, then you can change it from randomize to fixed. It will lock you into that seed which can help with keeping things consistent.

That's exactly what I've done. Also using Default almost exclusively, thanks to you. My results are usually consistent, as you have experienced.
