The second image was generated using AI (ComfyUI) based on the Iray render. I wanted to see what AI could contribute to enhancing the image's photorealism. The two images are very similar, as the render is highly detailed, but the AI does indeed provide more natural lighting. Stay tuned...

It's a beautiful and serene image. It is also fun to try just using the AI for lighting, or sharpening details, instead of running the whole thing through an AI.

The goal wasn't to achieve the most photographic look possible from a 3D scene setup—otherwise, I would have followed that specific process. But since I am trying to achieve the most photographic result possible using a rendering engine (IRay, in this case), the exercise was about comparing the two photorealistic renders. Just to see where I can improve with IRay... smile
