Three towers rising directly on the banks of the Spree in Berlin-Treptow: for The Molecules, gmsvision created photorealistic 3D renderings and a complete architectural film of a mixed-use high-rise ensemble with residential, hotel and commercial uses.

During the design phase, different solutions for the geometry, materials and facades of the towers were studied. Based on the final design, the renderings show the proportions of the three towers, the public spaces, the riverside promenade next to the Molecule Man sculpture and the relationship of the ensemble to the river and the Berlin skyline. Interior views present the penthouse apartments with open living areas and terraces overlooking the Spree.

The visual material was used for design development, investor presentations and the international marketing of the project.

Services: exterior and interior 3D renderings, facade and material studies, architectural film combining 3D animation with real footage of Berlin, VR and 360 panoramas, cinemagraphs and photomatching.
