Rounded forms, bright rendered walls, natural stone and private pools: Hippiements Village is a development of nine waterfront villas in Santa Eulària, Ibiza, inspired by traditional Ibizan architecture.

gmsvision worked with the Domus Vivendi Group from the early design visualizations through to the final architectural animation, created for the international marketing of the development. The renderings and the film give prospective buyers a clear impression of the architecture, interiors and beachfront setting long before completion.

The exterior views show the villas with their pools, pergola terraces, Mediterranean gardens and courtyards in daylight and evening light. Inside, open living spaces with wooden beam ceilings, sea-view bedrooms, natural stone bathrooms, a wine cellar and a private home cinema complete the picture. Daylight, materials and landscaping remain consistent across all images and the animation.

Hippiements Village later received a European Property Award. The award belongs to the project; gmsvision produced the visualizations and animation used to present it.
