The second chapter of the Mountainments series: a luxury chalet in the immediate vicinity of Kitzbühel, with bedrooms facing the Alps, a private spa with sauna, a home cinema and a wine cellar.

gmsvision created photorealistic 3D renderings, an animation film and virtual reality with 360 tours for the international marketing of the project. Aged wood, natural stone and warm lighting are combined with clean contemporary architecture, while generous window surfaces open the interiors to the mountain landscape.

The focus was on realistic material representation and balanced lighting, from bright mountain mornings to atmospheric evening illumination. The images show the chalet at dusk in the snow, wood-clad bedrooms with mountain-view balconies, a bathroom with stone double sinks, the private home cinema, a snowy alpine garden and a modern wine cellar with tasting room. The animation film and immersive VR applications complete the presentation for the early marketing stages.

Services: architectural visualization for a luxury chalet, photorealistic 3D renderings, lighting and material studies, 3D animation film, cinemagraphs, virtual reality and 360 panoramas.
