High above Kitzbühel, with unobstructed views of the Tyrolean mountains, Mountainments ONE combines alpine tradition with contemporary luxury: aged wood, natural stone and metal meet a clean modern design language and generous window surfaces.

For the international marketing of this premium chalet by the Domus Vivendi Group, gmsvision created photorealistic 3D renderings, a cinematic animation film and virtual reality with 360 tours. The visualizations made the alpine lifestyle of Kitzbühel tangible long before construction began, through precise lighting moods, realistic materials and atmospheric camera movements.

The images show the chalet at night in a snowy winter landscape and its traditional entrance, followed by the living room with fireplace and panoramic windows, wood-clad bedrooms with mountain-view terrace, a stone and wood bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe with jewelry and watch drawers, a garage with a classic sports car, a brick-walled wine cellar, and a spa and fitness area with sauna. The chalet has since been completed, and the built result closely follows the original visualizations.

Services: architectural visualization for a luxury chalet, photorealistic 3D renderings, lighting and material studies, 3D animation film, cinemagraphs, virtual reality and 360 panoramas.
