Five apartments between 78 and 118 m, open floor plans and floor-to-ceiling windows shape this energy-efficient residential building on Friedberger Straße in Bad Homburg-Kirdorf.

gmsvision created photorealistic exterior and interior renderings, a 3D animation film with cinemagraphs, and lighting and material studies for the project's communication and marketing, giving potential buyers a realistic impression of the homes before construction began. The exterior views place the building naturally into its surroundings, while the interiors focus on realistic lighting moods and precise materials to show the bright, generous living spaces.

The images show the apartment building with its balconies, the flat-roofed building with garden, an open kitchen with black cabinets, kitchen island and living area, a minimalist bedroom with dark accent wall and wooden flooring, and a bathroom with skylight, bathtub and illuminated mirror.

Services: architectural visualization for an apartment building, photorealistic exterior and interior renderings, 3D animation film, cinemagraphs, lighting and material studies.
