Wooden balconies, pastel-coloured shutters and a well-kept garden landscape give this apartment building in Bad Tölz its traditional alpine character, combined with modern living standards.

gmsvision developed photorealistic exterior visualizations to support the planning at an early stage and to prepare the marketing of the owner-occupied apartments. Realistic lighting moods, precise materials and an atmospheric depiction of the gardens bring the regional details to life, from the wooden balcony cladding to the flower boxes, giving a vivid impression of the future living environment.

The images show the building in its alpine setting, the pitched-roof residence with wooden balcony cladding and flower boxes surrounded by gardens, the balconies above colourful flower beds and a garden breakfast table, and a garden lounge with sunbeds in front of the rustic wooden balconies.

Services: architectural visualization for an apartment building, photorealistic 3D renderings, exterior visualizations.
