A mysterious damsel in a gown?

Who might she be?

As you undoubtedly noticed, I am not really a fan of doing fanart, and thus you rarely see such images from me. However, the lady whose silhouette you see here is a fanart image.

The image itself was a lucky accident, as I forgot that I used DAZ 4.21 this time because of the Genesis 9 breed of the lady instead of my usual DAZ 4.14 installation. And yes, I needed a few moments until I remembered why she was so ,unilluminated"despite Iray ghost lights. But I think I saved the scene with the postwork.

For now, I will keep you guessing who she is.

Only one hint, she is a character from one of my favorite fantasy writers.
